A local soba restaurant using Ibaraki brand “Hitachi-Aki soba” as an ingredient. The buckwheat is slowly ground on a stone mill and carefully handcrafted using a blend of three buckwheat flours with 10 percent serving as the base. Enjoy our signature soba noodles.
